SHE Sydney Hair Extensions – Hair Extensions Specialist

This is a role like no other! Have you always wanted to be a Hair Extensions Specialist?

To be successful for this role, it is essential that you have 5 years In-Salon experience after completing your apprenticeship. Plus, you are confident in colour, cutting and styling. If you have experience in hair extensions, this is an advantage, however not essential as training will be provided.

Location: Greenway Wetherill Park NSW (free all-day onsite parking space for you).

Hours: We’re open Tuesday – Saturday (3.00 pm finishes Saturday). We’d love for you to join us Full time, but we’re open to Part time roles also.

This position is:

• Paid VERY well! For those who are already SUPER confident with extensions, we can start you on $33 - $35 per hour (depending on experience etc). For those that need training: we’ll negotiate a fair starting pay rate and increase as you progress with us.
• An opportunity to specialise in Hair Extensions (bead, bonds, weft & tape) with a structured training program from our highly skilled team.
• Full time guaranteed hours each week: Tuesday – Saturday with 3.00pm finishes on Saturday. We’re open to Part time hours if preferred. Flexible employment arrangement.
• We’re a no pressure sales environment – we don’t work on a commission structure, but instead we increase your hourly rate as your skills progress. We do not push for product or retail sales – you can just come into work, learn and HAVE FUN!
• We have some MAJOR career progression opportunities. We opened our doors in March 2023 and have been SO busy so we’re expanding quickly! We’re looking for multiple people!

ABOUT US

We are a PURELY Hair Extensions salon! We offer high quality bead, bonds, weft & tape extensions. We opened our doors in March 2023 and have been absolutely inundated with clients!

We source the purest Russian Slavic cuts, and all of our hair extensions are created from raw bundles by our in-house technicians. Each ponytail is responsibly sourced from one donor to ensure cuticle correction and longevity of the hair. Our bundles include wavy, coarse, straight and smooth styles.

We’re a high-end luxurious, boutique salon that offers only the best quality extensions.
