About the role

Dankz Furniture is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing retail team in Port Kennedy, WA. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales of our high-quality furniture and homeware products.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to suit their needs

Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our furniture products

Processing sales transactions and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers

Maintaining a neat, tidy and visually appealing showroom to showcase our products

Supporting inventory management and restocking as required

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the retail or homeware industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help people find the right products

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new furniture and homewares

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
