About The Role:

Permanent part time and casual roles available covering a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, overnight and weekends.

Collection of pathology specimens from patients in our collection rooms, hospitals and as part of domiciliary services

Store and process pathology specimens

Patient reception and response to client enquiries

Record patient information

Attend to the well-being of patients

Liaise with patients and referring doctors

Use of laboratory application software

Extensive training will be provided to the successful candidates

*Please note that this is not a courier position

Selection Criteria:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

A maturity and demonstrated commitment to delivering service excellence

Proven ability to act independently within established guidelines

Demonstrated ability in applying attention to detail in a range of scenarios

A current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence

Must be able to commit to a full time training program (up to 8 weeks depending upon experience)
