About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior AML Operations Analyst to join our Financial Crime Operations team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in helping us deliver operational excellence while protecting the bank and our customers from financial crime.

You’ll support the Team Leader in managing daily workflows, ensuring our AML/CTF obligations are met, and that our transaction monitoring and screening processes are running smoothly. From reviewing complex alerts and conducting 4-eye checks, to guiding the team through typology assessments and exception handling—you’ll be across it all.

You’ll also play a hands-on role in coaching analysts, sharing your knowledge, and helping to build a high-performing, inclusive team culture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about making a real impact in the fight against financial crime.

About you

Our ideal candidate - you’ve got a few years of AML/CTF experience under your belt and you’re ready to step into a more senior role. You understand the ins and outs of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and regulatory reporting (TTRs and IFTIs), and you’re confident making risk-based decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’re a natural coach and collaborator—someone who lifts others up and leads by example. You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done. If you’ve worked with systems like (NROD) or Temenos, that’s a bonus—but what really matters is your mindset, your attention to detail, and your commitment to doing the right thing.
