A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead national clinical and wellbeing operations for a growing, purpose-driven health organisation. This role offers the chance to shape service delivery and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients across multiple sites.

About the Role:

• Provide strategic clinical leadership across multiple health service locations
• Oversee governance, quality assurance, and clinical compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Managers, Wellbeing Leads, and admin staff
• Collaborate with executive leadership on innovation, recruitment, and service development
• Ensure service delivery aligns with national health standards and legislative requirements
• Regular travel between locations required

About You:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior clinical leadership role
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing clinical teams
• AHPRA registration or equivalent
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in veteran or community health settings is desirable
