About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team at Flair Concrete Constructions' in Rockhampton, QLD. As a casual Labourer, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of tasks to deliver high-quality concrete works.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cleaning work sites

Learning the skills necessary to become a qualified Concrete Worker

Assisting tradespeople as required

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Some experience in a labourer or construction role

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude
