Campus Manager – Education Leadership Role (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, team leadership, and implementation of strategic initiatives across our growing group of education brands – JPI Education, The Princeton Review Australia (TPRA), and Elite College of English (ECE). This is a pivotal role at the centre of our organisational success.

About the Role:

• Lead the daily operations across two Sydney campuses and online platforms

• Manage and develop a team of SSOs and Program Consultants

• Implement senior leadership’s strategic and academic decisions

• Oversee timetabling, term planning, and academic performance tracking

• Launch and coordinate irregular or ad hoc PSOs (Program Service Offerings) such as workshops, special holiday classes, and pilot programs

• Perform and manage the student admissions process, supported by the SSO team

• Train, supervise, and support the admin team to ensure operational excellence

• Act as the key liaison with parents, students, and teaching teams

• Manage revenue tracking, invoicing, and program budgets across brands

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in education leadership or campus operations

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities

• Experience in an RTO, ELICOS, international education or private school environment highly regarded

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Passion for both academic success and business sustainability

Salary & Benefits:
