Handworks Nouveau Paperie is a much-loved, family-run business with over 20 years in retail. Known for our beautiful products, creative flair, and warm customer service, we’re looking for someone special to join our close-knit team.

This is a casual role to start, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time second-in-command position at our Prahran location for the right person.

What We’re Offering:

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has at least 3 years of consistent retail experience, ideally in boutique, lifestyle, or homewares stores

Brings strong visual merchandising skills and a natural creative eye to refresh our store displays regularly

Loves working with beautiful, unique products and knows how to present them to engage customers and drive sales

Is excited to be part of a dynamic, growing business – both in-store and online

Has the initiative, adaptability, and energy to take on new challenges as our business evolves

Communicates well and enjoys being part of a friendly, collaborative team

Delivers exceptional customer service and genuinely enjoys connecting with people
