About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to join the team at Totally Workwear Loganholme in Queensland. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations and leading a talented team to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Building the stores internal and external customer base

Provide strong leadership by setting clear goals and expectations

Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Monitor and analyse store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate action plans

Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Collaborate with the management team to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the workwear or fashion industry

Proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle a wide range of customer inquiries

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Passionate about creating a positive and engaging in-store experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and colleagues
