About the Opportunity

Operating for over 40 years, and with investment from a strong Australian Private Equity fund in 2024, Fyfe continues to experience high growth and expand our portfolio. Due to considerable growth across the business, we are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst who will join the team reporting into the Senior Strategy Manager.

This role will support the group with strategic planning, operational improvement, M&A, and other strategic and growth initiatives. Some key responsibilities of the role include:

Providing modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence and project management support for M&A opportunities,

Developing detailed financial evaluations to support proposed projects,

Providing operational KPI analysis and modelling,

Supporting strategic pricing work,

Conducting research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience gained in Investment Banking, big 4 M&A, strategy consulting, or an in-house strategy/corporate development role.

Your background will also consist of:

Bachelor degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related field with proven commercial acumen.

Strong financial modelling skills with capability of building and auditing complex models.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Proficiency in predictive data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBi).

Strong skills in the preparation of succinct presentations.

Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing business environments and priorities.
