We’re currently seeking a qualified Welder/Boilermaker to join a well-established steel fabrication business with decades of experience servicing the industrial and commercial sectors. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who values a great team culture, consistent hours, and quality workmanship.

Who will you be working with?
You’ll be joining a reputable business known for its reliability and high standards across steel fabrication and manufacturing. With a long-standing team and low turnover, they’ve built a strong reputation through their craftsmanship and commitment to quality.

What are the benefits?

• Permanent full-time role with stability
• $39.50/hr + super
• 38-hour work week (Mon–Thurs: 6:30am–3:00pm, Fri: 6:30am–12:00pm)

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out structural steel welding and fabrication
• Interpreting technical drawings and welding to specification
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment
• Collaborating with the wider workshop team to meet production deadlines

What do you need?

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Welde
• Strong MIG welding experience (structural steel preferred)
• Driver’s License
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
• Sound understanding of workplace safety standards
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow production processes
