We are looking for a positive person with great communication service skills looking to uncover new opportunities, grow the business and engage with the local community.

You do need to have tyre industry experience. Automotive experience is an advantage eg: Commercial tyre knowledge or trade qualified mechanic looking to move into sales and management role.

You will be passionate about providing excellence in customer services whether that is in store or through carrying out a service on our customer's vehicles in the workshop.

You will also be someone who:

Confidence to explain & delegate tasks

Mechanically minded & enjoys hands on physical work

Holds a current drivers license

About the Role

This is a varied role serving customers & assisting the manager in the operations of the store. Together with the store manager, you will be responsible for:

Achieving store sales targets

Maintaining a safe work environment

In store customer enquiries & bookings

Tyre fitting & balancing in workshop

Allocation of workshop activity within the team

Store administration including daily banking, invoicing

Availability to work every second Saturday morning
