POSITION SUMMARY

As a Structural Landscaper or Carpenter you will be expected to be skilled or at least knowledgable in a variety of landscape installations including, but not limited to, concreting, tiling, decking, artificial turf etc. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to work with others to maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. This individual will be responsible for managing time and site safety in the field, as well as ensuring all jobs are completed to Lynx Landscaping Standards. This position will report to and coordinate projects with our Foreman.

EXPECTATIONS

● Measure & shoot heights before start of projects.

● Ability to understand and execute a landscape plan.

● Perform some hardscape installations such as retaining walls, decking, concrete etc.

● Communicate needs to the Foreman to ensure that the job can be done.

● Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

● Independent worker with good time management skills.

● Experience in using powered tools.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

● Minimum (3) years of Landscaping or Construction or Carpentry experience (Preferred).

● Valid Driver’s License.

● Experience working with teammembers across multiple functional roles (Preferred).

● Fluency in English required.

● Job training for this position is provided by the company.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking.

● Must be able to lift and move up to 20kg regularly.
