About the role

Random Ali Fabrication is seeking a skilled Balustrade Installer to join our team in Forest Glen, QLD. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute your expertise to the construction of high-quality residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

Installing balustrades, decorative screening , gates including handrails, guardrails, and other safety features, to industry standards

Collaborating with construction teams to coordinate the balustrade installation process

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns or queries

Participating in regular training and upskilling to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Balustrade Installer, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required

A positive attitude and a passion for the building trades industry
