Domestic Cleaner

Experienced Support Worker

Kind Hearted Support Services is seeking a Domestic Cleaner & a Support Worker to join our team in Burpengary, QLD. This is a casual role, providing in-home domestic cleaning and support services to our elderly and disabled clients. You will play a crucial part in helping our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality domestic cleaning services in clients' homes, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and general tidying

Assisting clients with basic personal care tasks, such as showering, dressing, and grooming

Meal Prep

Accompanying clients on errands and appointments as needed

Reporting any changes in client's condition or concerns to the case manager

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of services provided

What we're looking for

Previous experience in producing high level domestic cleaning, preferably in the aged care or disability services sector

Previous experience in producing high level care support in the aged care or disability sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Compassionate and patient approach when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Reliable and punctual, with a flexible and adaptable working style

Current First Aid Including CPR Certification, Blue Card, Yellow Card and Police Check
