About the role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic kitchenhand to join our team at noodle Mas' in Benalla, Victoria. As a casual kitchenhand, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen operations and also do some customers service and ensuring our customers receive high-quality meals. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment by regularly cleaning and sanitising equipment and workspaces

Restocking and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients

Following all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with the front-of-house team

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a kitchenhand or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A passion for providing high-quality customer service

A commitment to food safety and hygiene practices

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
