About the Role

As a PCA in the IHA team, you will deliver exceptional care and professionalism backed by an experienced team. You’ll have the opportunity to work in Community Care settings close to home (across Melbourne). We’ll back you every step of the way and always consider your preferences to get the best experience as an IHA team member.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including showering, grooming, and toileting

Assist with mobility, meals, and general daily activities

Support clients with dignity, respect, and empathy

Accurately document and report on client resident care

Work collaboratively with admin staff and coworkers

What you will bring to the role

Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support.

Strong verbal & written communication skills
