The newest motel in Charleville, a 4-star, 20 unit property with gardens, is looking for a permanent management team (ideally a couple) to provide first-class management services and keep this easy-to-run motel at its full potential. Start date approx. 1 July 2025.

Responsible for managing reception/reservations and overseeing our talented house-keeping staff. Linen done on site. Pool, and basic garden maintenance required. Handyman skills preferred but not essential. No food. At least 2 years motel management experience and must be proficient in Guestpoint. Must have work rights.

Package of $150k -$160k (includes super and relief), plus modern on-site accommodation attached to reception.
