GatherCo is a specialist supplier to the trade and construction industries, offering premium natural stone tiles, pavers, and wall cladding. We are a growing company, and we’re on the lookout for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our South Windsor team.

This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to grow into a Warehouse Supervisor and eventually Warehouse Manager position. We offer a supportive environment where strong work ethic and team spirit are genuinely valued.

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with a small, friendly team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. Your typical responsibilities will include:

Understanding products and warehouse procedures

Following paperwork and order documentation accurately

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Unloading deliveries and containers

Operating a gas forklift safely and efficiently

General warehouse maintenance and cleanliness

Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who is proactive, responsible, and keen to grow with us. You’ll be a great fit if you:

Hold a valid forklift licence and have forklift operation experience

Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

Are confident lifting and handling products (up to a reasonable manual handling limit)

Communicate clearly and work well in a team

Are organised, accurate, and take pride in your work

Can follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

Are self-motivated and eager to take on responsibility

Have strong English reading and writing skills

Work Hours:

Availability between 6:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Standard shifts are 8 hours, with flexibility on the exact roster (to be agreed upon at hire)

Full Time employment available for the right candidate
