About the role

Matt Cash Mathematics Pty Ltd is seeking passionate Casual Maths Teachers to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. As a Casual Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' academic success by delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons. This is a casual position, offering you the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and delivering high-quality mathematics lessons to students of various age groups and skill levels

Implementing engaging teaching strategies to foster a love of mathematics in our students

Providing individualised support and guidance to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential

Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the learning experience

Maintaining accurate records and monitoring student progress

What we're looking for

Previous experience teaching or tutoring mathematics in a classroom environment.

Hold relevant qualifications in mathematics or teaching (e.g., Bachelor of Mathematics, Education, or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the curriculum and an ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents

A passion for mathematics and a genuine desire to help students succeed

Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
