About the role
This role involves efficiently performing warehouse and logistics tasks, including picking and packing, to support the Independence Australia Group's mission of providing choices and services for people with a disability or other personal need, enabling them to regain and retain their independence within an inclusive community.

• Efficiently pick and pack orders, meeting national KPIs and ensuring items are organized and safely packed
• Accurately receive and process goods, verifying against purchase orders and updating the ERP system promptly
• Collaborate within a team, working autonomously to maintain smooth warehouse operations
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, adhering to safety guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying best practices and assisting with quality audits

About you

• Able to accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring correct items and quantities
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software for order processing
• Committed to following safety procedures and maintaining a hazard-free work environment
• Ensuring products are undamaged and meet quality standards before dispatch
• Willingness to undergo a medical and police check
