We are currently seeking an experienced Surveyor to join this exciting and dynamic team based out of our Sydney Northshore Office.

The role will require you to complete:

Boundary Surveys

Preparation of linen plans for subdivisions, consolidations, easement plan etc.

Strata plans

Lease plans

Plan of Survey Information Only (POSI)

Set-outs.

Identification surveys

Works-As- Executed Surveys (WAE)

Control traverse

Topographical Surveys (Contour & Detail Surveys)

Ensure survey equipment is properly calibrated and maintained, and that Health and Safety protocols are followed at all times.

Identify and drive growth and opportunities for the business.

Ensure work is carried out in line with client expectations and agreed timeframes.

As the successful candidate for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

Proven ability and experience in end-to-end survey tasks including, plan searches, preps, field survey, data reduction, drafting, and data output

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated with positive outlook

ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment

Flexibility to perform occasional regional work

Demonstrated commitment to WHS

This role requires:

A diploma or higher qualification in the field Surveying or Civil Engineering with extensive experience in construction surveying

Minimum 3 years Surveying experience

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Strong proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (Leica experience preferred)

Proficiency in the use of survey software such as Magnet and AutoCAD

Construction Induction (White) Card Certification

Display a willingness to learn and possess a can-do attitude
