Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage import & export shipments

Ensure compliance with freight forwarding regulations

Handle documentation and processing related to Incoterms, customs, and volumetric vs. actual weight calculations

Communicate with clients, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations

About You

1+ years of experience in freight forwarding (import or export)

Strong understanding of Incoterms, freight calculations, and logistics processes

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and grow within the company
