About the role

Join the team at Ballantyne's as a full-time Roof Plumber based in Mandurah, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading plumbing company in a dynamic and growing city. As a Roof Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems.

What you'll be doing

Assess and diagnose roofing issues, and provide appropriate solutions

Install, maintain and repair various roofing systems including metal roofs, tile roofs and flat roofs

Perform roof inspections and provide detailed reports

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in plumbing

Extensive experience as a roof plumber, with a minimum of 3 years' experience

Strong knowledge of roof plumbing systems, materials and techniques

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
