About the role
Reporting to the on-duty Nurse or Supervisor you will:

• Support nursing staff with assessments, care planning, and documentation
• Maintain safe, clean environments through light housekeeping assistance
• Deliver customised personal care and support to clients daily
• Record and report client progress accurately and timely
• Assist clients safely with mobility, feeding, and special dietary needs and anything else when required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Hold Certificate III in Individual Support
• Right to work in Australia and hold a current Police check
• Strong clinical care and decision-making skills
• First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Demonstrate previous aged care experience (preferred)
• NDIS clearance
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
