Aesthetica Dental Studio is looking for an experienced, personable, and organised Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice in Campbelltown. This part-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing the practice's reception and ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit.

Position Details: Part-time OR Casual

Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing the practice's calendar, and coordinating patient bookings

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient data

Assisting with financial transactions, including processing payments and managing accounts

Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times

Providing support to the dental team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using Exact software and other office tools

A friendly, professional, and patient-centric approach to customer service

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing high-quality care
