About the role

We are seeking a part-time Pharmacist to join our team at Prahran Central Pharmacy.Available shift is 9am-5pm on Saturdays . As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our community. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and passionate healthcare professional to contribute to the success of our pharmacy business.

What you'll be doing

Dispense and manage prescription medications in a safe and efficient manner

Vacccines administration

Provide professional advice and guidance to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure optimal patient care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medication dispensed

Actively participate in the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy by providing excellent customer service and supporting the broader team

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered Pharmacist in Australia

Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and medication management

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address patient needs

Effective communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and the broader team

A genuine passion for providing high-quality healthcare and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
