Armar Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team. This casual role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants in the local community.

About the Role

You will be supporting:

A family of three NDIS participants

Two individual male clients
All located in the Brisbane North/Redcliffe region.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties

Providing school pickups and transport assistance

Facilitating social and recreational activities to enhance wellbeing

Supporting individuals with mild psychosocial and physical disabilities

Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the broader care team to implement tailored care plans

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a male support worker who is:

Caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic

Experienced (or keen to gain experience) in NDIS or disability support

A strong communicator and team player

Able to work 4–6 hour shifts, 4 days a week (weekends optional)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
