This is a great opportunity for an experienced or emerging Rehabilitation Consultant with an OT background. You’ll work across a varied caseload of Same or New Employer services, supporting injured workers in their return-to-work journey. Backed by a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll enjoy flexibility, strong clinical support, and the freedom to manage your day your way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help individuals navigate their recovery journey following workplace injuries
• Deliver a mix of New Employer and Same Employer services, including assessments and case management
• Conduct Functional Capacity and Vocational Assessments to inform tailored rehabilitation planning
• Provide expert advice to insurers, employers, and other stakeholders
• Attend case conferences and work closely with medical professionals and treating teams
• Support durable and meaningful return-to-work outcomes

What You’ll Need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Australian working rights
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client-centred care
