We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to work in our Prep Room 5 days per week, offering shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

About the Centre:

Welcome to Kids Academy Springfield! We are a newly opened centre of 57 places conveniently located near Erina Fair shopping centre and easily accessible by public transport. We believe in building strong community connections and pride ourselves on our play-based educational program. We have three rooms and have a tight-knit team that work together to provide a positive working environment and encourages one another to reach their career goals. There is a plethora of learning courses available through our learning hub that encourage personal and professional development and provide opportunities for career growth. About you:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
