Rate: $50-$65 per hour, depending on machinery experience.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Machine Operators to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a flexible schedule. This role is a 2/1 roster, day shift only, this can be flexible for the right candidate. You will be responsible for operating excavators, dozers, water carts and skid steers to manage dust suppression and assist with various site works.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, dozers, water carts & skid steers safely and efficiently

Complete daily Take 5 and JSA risk assessments for task safety

Perform dust suppression and support site preparation tasks

Follow site safety procedures and report hazards or incidents

Work effectively within a team and independently

Requirements:

Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s license (essential)

Water cart/skid steer operating experience

White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic

Must be able to obtain a Police Clearance, full pre-employment medical and pass random drug and alcohol tests when required
