Co-ordinating patient bookings, Communications (responding to phone calls and emails), Handling billings, Re-stocking of clinical rooms.
General office administration

Provide excellent service to patients on the phone and in person.
Maintaining appearance of clinic to a professional level of cleanliness and safety
Ensuring customers feel cared for in every instance
Options are provided to patients to allow them to make choices for themselves
Patients are supported with their needs

Providing support & care for all doctor needs
Billing accurately and in accordance with Medicare requirements
Billing in accordance with doctor direction
On time billing with no billing missed on the day
Creating invoices with 99% accuracy
All invoices created on the day of visit
Collecting payment on the day of visit for all non-corporate services rendered
Adopt and add positivity to the culture of the business
Clear communication with every customer and teammate
Outgoing emails and faxes are sent with 100% accuracy
