The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Novated Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the customer journey from initial quotes to vehicle delivery, ensuring every experience is smooth, transparent, and high-value.

This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a supportive, autonomous environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide tailored novated leasing solutions.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing journey, building trust and fostering repeat business.

Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare detailed quotes and explain financing options clearly and effectively.

Maintain ongoing communication with customers on lease progress, addressing inquiries promptly.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and maintaining high conversion rates.

Provide proactive support during and after the leasing process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Adhere to company policies and regulations in all interactions.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Procurement, Settlements, Insurance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product changes, and technology advancements to continually add value.

Skills and Experience

2+ years of experience in novated leasing or automotive finance sales.

Demonstrated high performance with consistent results.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage your own portfolio.

Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a tech-savvy mindset.

Passion for the industry and a dedication to customer success.

Experience onboarding employers for novated leasing is a plus.
