About the role

Airey Dental Family Practice is seeking an experienced Hygienist/Oral Health Therapist to join our talented team in Safety Bay, Western Australia. This part-time role, initially 2 days/week (Thur & Fri) with a possible third day (Wed) will see you working alongside our dentists to provide high-quality dental care and promote good oral health practices with our patients. You'll be an integral part of our growing practice, contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service and clinical outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Performing dental hygiene treatments such as scaling, polishing, and fluoride applications

Conducting oral health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans

Providing patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques and dietary advice

Collaborating with the dentists to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care

Maintaining detailed patient records and adhering to all relevant regulations and practice policies

What we're looking for

Registered Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist qualification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, safe patient care

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
