The Opportunity:

As Leader Commercial, you will be the driving force behind the commercial and financial governance of a major portfolio of infrastructure design and delivery contracts. You’ll lead a specialist team, provide independent commercial advice, ensure best-practice contract management, and shape commercial strategy to optimise performance across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial governance of a $300M+ infrastructure delivery portfolio

Lead the development and delivery of robust contract and financial management frameworks

Evaluate commercial performance, identify risk, and drive strategic decision-making

Guide continuous improvement in contract execution, procurement, and reporting

Engage collaboratively with stakeholders across planning, delivery and finance

Coach and inspire a high-performing commercial team aligned with strategic goals

About You:

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in commercial or contract management

Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or capital works programs

Exceptional financial analysis, negotiation and vendor management skills

Advanced Excel and data modelling capabilities

Strong understanding of ECI or alliance-style contracts

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Project Management, Engineering or similar
