An exciting opportunity is available for a Psychologist / Positive Behaviour Support to join a well-established and supportive private clinic located in Perth. Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Work independently in a clinic-based setting, with occasional home, school, and community visits, working from home.
- Support clients across mixed age groups, with a focus on individuals with neurodivergent profiles and complex behaviours.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy and/or positive behaviour support plans, guided by experienced senior clinicians.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored, goal-oriented interventions.
- Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Fully registered or provisional Psychologist (AHPRA) and an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (core/proficient level as per NDIS requirements).
- Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs, using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
- Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Open to learning, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a supportive and dynamic private practice.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred for community, school, or home-based service delivery when required.
