About the role

As a casual Shower screen / wardrobe assembler at Ultimate Shower Screens, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality shower screens and wardrobes. This is a hands-on position based in our modern production facility in Warana, QLD. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of our products, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Carefully assemble shower screens and wardrobes according to specifications and company standards

Operate power tools and other equipment required for assembly tasks

Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards

Maintain a clean and organised work area to support efficient production

Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve processes and increase productivity

Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and your colleagues safe

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions

Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
