The Role:
As a Senior Project Architect/Leader, you will be responsible for delivering multiple residential projects, ranging from $20 to 100 million. The projects range from concept through to delivery. Your role will involve leading a team of graduates, documenters, and architects to deliver exceptional projects to completion.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of local experience (registration isn't important).
• A proven history of delivering multiple MR projects
• Strong delivery skillset.
• Strong Revit capabilities
• Good eye for design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven history managing various people to a high level.
• Must be able to manage stakeholders and set expectations.
• Good attitude.
• Team player.
