Our client is a highly regarded early childhood education provider that has recently opened a stunning new centre in Strathalbyn and is now seeking one passionate and creative Early Childhood Teacher to join the team full-time!

🌱 About the Role

• Full-time, 5-day-per-week position in either the Kindergarten Room (option for 4 days if still studying)
• Special “Teacher’s Leave” arrangement – work 40 hours per week to accrue additional paid leave (up to 10 weeks per year!)

📚 Your Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and reflect on engaging play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families and the wider team
• Support and inspire fellow educators to maintain high-quality practice
• Monitor and document children’s learning and development effectively
• Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment

🧑‍🏫 You Will Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Solid understanding of EYLF and NQS
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check
• RHAN Masterclass Certificate
• A genuine passion for early education and continuous learning
• Strong communication skills and a warm, team-oriented approach
