Join the high-energy team at NOLA Smokehouse and Bar, located in the heart of Barangaroo. We’re seeking a versatile and customer-focused Waiter/Runner to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

Run food and beverages efficiently and accurately to guests

Deliver warm, knowledgeable service with a focus on guest experience

Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, allergens, and food/beverage pairings

Work closely with a collaborative, professional team

Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for hospitality and customer service excellence

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Availability for 20–30 casual hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Thurs- Sat are a must.

1-2 years of experience in a similar hospitality environment.
