We’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Retail Counter Salesperson to join our team at a busy automotive paint and equipment store located in Dandenong South.

About Us:
We specialise in the supply of automotive paint, consumables, and equipment to trade customers across Australia. With a strong reputation and loyal customer base, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and expert advice.

The Role:
As a key member of our front counter team, you will be responsible for:

· Serving walk-in and phone-in customers

· Taking and processing orders

· Picking and packing orders

· Stock and shelf management

· Assisting with paint mixing and tinting (training provided)

· General retail duties

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role offering variety every day – from sales to technical support to helping in the warehouse when needed.

About You:

· Previous experience in automotive trade sales or a mechanical/spray painting background is highly regarded

· Friendly and confident communicator with strong customer service skills

· Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn

· Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g. lifting stock)

· Hold a valid drivers licence

What We Offer:

· Competitive salary: $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
