Located on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn, Embrace Aesthetics and Skin is seeking its next Dermal Clinician to join its hardworking, results-driven, and dedicated team. At Embrace Aesthetics, we believe in achieving progressive, natural results through the use of high-quality skin care, treatments, and cosmetic injectables.
Owned and run by registered nurse Freya, we currently have a team of 5 and are looking to expand. Our lead Dermal Clinician will be going on maternity leave as of September and therefore we're looking for someone to fill her shoes. There is the option to stay on and become permanent part-time, for the right candidate.
The position is casual with preferred days being Thursday nights, Fridays, and Saturdays, but we are willing to be flexible.
Rates are from $35 per hour and are determined based on experience.
Monthly commission opportunity.
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-orientated clinician who thrives in a collaborative, supportive, and high-end clinical environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct advanced skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
Develop strong and honest relationships with established and new clients.
Deliver evidence-based treatments including LED therapy, Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Sonophoresis, DF machine modalities, and Skin Needling.
Educate clients on home care, skin health, treatment outcomes, and how to combine treatments with cosmetic injectables.
Maintain accurate notes and photos and ensure an excellent client experience every time.
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor of Dermal Sciences or working towards one
Minimum 1-2 years experience
Strong knowledge of skin conditions
Professional, warm, and passionate about delivering results
