General labourer with a Horticultural / Tree Services Team in Orange.

Previous experience in garden maintenance, groundskeeping or tree care is required.

This role is being offered for a period of approximately 3 months initially with the possibility of further work being available after this time for solid workers and depending on progress of work, seasonal conditions and operational needs.

Duties of this role with include operation of basic hand and power tools, tree planting and general tree care, use of small plant and equipment and some use of larger plant such as wood chippers for garden maintenance, lawn care & mowing, and general grounds maintenance. Daily tasks will vary from lawn mowing, edging, pruning; planting and maintaining garden beds and trees; weed control and general labouring tasks to assist with the upkeep and presentation of the local parks, gardens and streetscapes.

Current driver licence is required - with MR (or above) preferred but not essential.

White card is required.

ChemCert card would also be advantageous but is not essential.

Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical if successfull.

You will be required to work full time hours of work (38 hour week) and an immediate start of work is available.
