FULL-TIME PILATES INSTRUCTOR / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Align Pilates Studio in East Ivanhoe is a boutique Pilates studio offering Clinical, Reformer, Barre, Pre/Postnatal, Tower, and Wunda Chair classes. With our small class sizes, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where each client receives individual care and attention.

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team in a permanent full-time role that combines instructing and studio administration. Our studio is committed to delivering high-quality classes with a strong focus on technique correction, individualised support, and client connection.

Role Responsibilities:

● Teach a variety of classes, including semi-private studio sessions, Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair.
● Structure classes for all ability levels, offering appropriate modifications for injuries or limitations.
● Collaborate with fellow instructors to deliver cohesive programs for shared clinical clients.
● Engage confidently with clients, building strong rapport and contributing to a supportive studio culture.
● Provide exceptional customer service, both in-studio and during administrative tasks.
● Support daily studio operations including front-of-house duties and client communications.
● Represent the studio with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Experience:

● Diploma-level (or equivalent) comprehensive Pilates certification.
● Experience teaching face-to-face clients with clear instruction and hands-on cueing.
● Confident in engaging and communicating with a wide variety of clients.
● Current First Aid certificate.
