CMP CORP PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Labourer to join our team in Nerang, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing organisation in the Construction and Industrial Maintenance industries.

What you'll be doing

Performing a variety of manual labour tasks to support construction and maintenance projects

Using hand and power tools to assist with site preparation, demolition, and equipment installation

Carrying out general maintenance and cleaning duties to keep the worksite tidy and safe

Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Cooperating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar role within the construction or trades industry

Practical skills and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Bobcat and excavator experience is an advantage but not mandatory
