About the role
As a Window Fabricator at CHGA Windows & Doors, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality windows for residential and commercial projects. This full-time position is based in our Caloundra, Queensland facility, where you will be an integral part of our skilled manufacturing team.

What you'll be doing

• Cutting, shaping, and assembling window frames and components to precise specifications
• Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure the final product meets rigorous standards
• Collaborating with the wider team to maintain efficient and organised production workflows
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar window fabrication or manufacturing role
• Previous experience with Vantage and Elevate products
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with CNC and the use of punches, power tools and other fabrication equipment
• A collaborative and adaptable approach to working as part of a team
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
