Undertake the Principal Security role and assist in ensuring that Queensland Health's CESR Program is properly designed, configured, developed, documented, implemented, maintained and reviewed from an application security perspective, in order to provide ongoing best practice and quality service to clients.
What you'll do
You will:
- Manage and lead the CESR HR/Payroll Solution Migration and Upgrade Project Security Team in designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing all application security work packages to cost effectively meet business requirements.
- Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders, project members, other project teams, and client groups to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the integrity of the overall integrated security solution.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated high-level information security system solution design implementation skills and the ability to design appropriate controls, focussing on opportunities for improvement and establishing clear implementation plans and timeframes which lead to an improvement in data and system security.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP application security authorisations and the build, and management of SAP security solutions, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a complex IT environment.
- Proven ability to undertake the Prinicpal Security role and work in complex operating environments on SAP implementations and/or upgrade projects by providing expert advice and applying specialist technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving skills with a strong focus on meeting outcomes and delivering a quality client service.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise team members to deliver effective outcomes to clients and key stakeholders through the implementation of team goals, strategies, and work plans.
- Extensive written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to build effective client and senior stakeholder relationships by negotiating client needs and ensuring proposed solutions are properly understood and resolved.
