WHO YOU ARE

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Video Editor / Videographer who can help ideate, shoot and cut short-form video that crushes on Meta, TikTok and beyond. You’ll live at the intersection of creative flair and direct-response discipline—delivering content so good even people that don’t need our products stay watching.

This role is hands-on production and post-editing first, but you’ll still have the opportunity to jump on camera for BTS snippets, pitch hooks, and experiment with new formats. Think of yourself as our in-house content engine: collaborating with our Senior Creative Strategist, paid media team and founder to turn ideas into highly-engaging ads and organic posts—fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Film & edit mobile-first video ads and organic social content for Meta, TikTok, Reels & Shorts.

Own post-production—cutting, captioning, sound-designing and polishing for platform best practices.

Interpret the numbers (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS) and iterate quickly

Collaborate with our creative & paid teams to develop hooks, scripts, storyboards and split-test concepts.

Stay trend-obsessed: surface new audio, formats and meme angles before they peak.

Document BTS moments—cat shoots, product tests, founder Q&As—Tell the BTS story of Fit Litter

Maintain organised media libraries so assets are always at your fingertips.

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years creating direct-response video for DTC eCommerce (agency or in-house).

Hands-on production skills: lighting, shooting (iPhone & mirrorless), sound, basic motion graphics.

Fluency in CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus a knack for rapid text/punch-in edits that keep viewers glued.

A working knowledge of performance metrics and how creative variables impact them.

On-camera confidence is a bonus—willing to jump in front of the lens when needed.

A collaborative, ego-free mindset—you iterate fast, take feedback in stride and share what you learn.
