Looking for our next BDM with exposure to working with Architects and Interior Designers on commercial projects that they can utilise to specify our products!

THE ROLE
This role is ideal for a person who has a passion for design and is looking for an environment where they can thrive whilst having the backing and supported from their company, a chance to challenge themselves & further expand their skill set within the commercial building space.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Previous experience in selling tiles/pavers on a commercial/Trade scale is advantageous, specifically: Mosaic, Natural Stone and Porcelain - however, any A&D product is advantageous.

Build and develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & Developers.

Provide accurate product information, technical specifications, and pricing details to customers.

Leverage your industry knowledge and network to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate supply contracts and tenders.

Deliver sustainable business growth through pipeline sales management.

Highly motivated, committed, team-focused and reliable.

Problem solving, presentation and organisational skills.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Current valid Australian drivers' licence.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

$100K - 120K base salary.

Additional superannuation.

Commissions on top.

Car Allowance
