We are seeking a passionate and motivated physiotherapist to join our small private practice clinic. Our focus is on creating a supportive, community-centred environment for staff and clients. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in physiotherapy but also interested in running multiple clinical exercise classes (pilates reformer-based) each day.

As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to work independently, particularly during shifts where you may be the sole practitioner on site. About the Role

This is a flexible, part-time permanent position. While more than one year of private practice experience is preferred, we’re ultimately looking for someone enthusiastic, driven, and genuinely interested in holistic musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

You'll play a key role in both hands-on physiotherapy and exercise-based rehab, with support provided as needed. If you're passionate about helping people move and feel better, this could be the perfect fit.

About You

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Australian residency

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Desirable: Clinical Pilates certification

Experience:

Ideally 1+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a private practice setting

Experience managing musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation, and injury prevention

Skills:

Confident with assessment and treatment planning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent manual therapy education (training available), exercise prescription, and patient

Comfortable working independently and managing a caseload
